Poor after sales service of relaince broadband

I am loyal customer of relaince broadband for past 2 years.whatever plan thay offred me i upgraded to that my payment terms are excellent.but my issue is that reliance boradbamd has lost its credilblity as for past 1 month i.e 30th may to 9th july i have registered around 10 to 12 complains regarding my broadband is not working and every time i am being given scripted answer thay they are sorry and will resolve the issue in 24 hrs but they have never done so..i am being harrased by them for past 1 month but no boday take any initaive.there sales officer as well as technician engineer has not shown up in one month and evwry time when i call them back they say my complain has been closed as issue has been resolved.but to my surprise the problem is still lying there and without informing me they close the complain..i feel like cheated..for past one month i am being played like football…kindly intwrevene
