Did not given extra Internet Data

Sir,
I am Shubham Kulkarni , Age- 18,
my tata docomo mobile no. is +918237127533.
I recharged with Rs. 94 on 26/Jun/2014 at 06:39:26 pm from pune.
On the same day at 10:47:06 am from the no. TD-610446 as below
“CONGRATULATIONS! Sirf aapke liye ek khaas offer! Ab Rs94 ke Special Recharge mein payein poore 1GB 3G data 21 dino ke liye! Extra data 72 hrs mein milega.”
Confirmation message of recharge as below
“Hi! STV Recharge Successful. MRP Rs. 94, Validity: 21 days, 500MB
Tranc ID:100003961596747. Thank You – Tata Docomo.”
but the extra data of 500 MB not given to me by company.
I call customer care on 28th june to complaint and did so. Call receiver asked to wait for 24 hours.
but data did not received.
I again made complaint on 29th.Call receiver said you will receive data within 12 hours.
Again not received.
Finally I call again on 1st JUL and told the company that I will complaint against them in consumer forum. He asked to wait again. But the data is not been sent.
I request you to file complaint of mine and take action as early as possible as I need the Internet for my studies and online admission. And validity of data connection is 15 JUL . I request you to ask to extend validity.
