I have purchased micromax canvas Doodle A111mobile on 15 oct 2013. After purchased 8 month i found the touch display is not working in my phone. I have deposited my phone to micromax service centre, M/s S3 Communications,bangalore on 12 aug 14 vide their and they assured me to collect after repair in just 15 to 20 days. after that again same problem is occure . I have next time again submit . The customer care executive says that the phone is to be delivered within 20 days. but not give me proper answer so i am very dispointed purchase the micromax mobile .
Sir, you are requested to kindly check the matter and deliver to service center and solve my problem .
