I am one old customers for Smart mobile phone prepaid service ( No.- 9827472886/ MPCG circle), currrently having following plans:
a) Rs. 505.00 talk time pack – Recharged on 03.10.14.
b) Re. 296.00 talk time pack – recharged on 06.10.14
c) Rs. 101.00 GPRS pack – Recharged on 03.10.14
d) Rs. 120.00 talk time pack – Recharged on 20.10.14
Now I am surprised while checking current balance that the same have been reduced abnormally within 3/4 days.
Present(At 05.3o Pm dtd, 21.10.14) talk time balance showing “ZERO” and 3 G balance is 19.46 MB.
THUS A LOSS OF RS. 646/- ON TALK TIME.
I wanted to talk to CUSTOMER CARE executive for knowing the reason of abnormal reduction since last two days but in vein as nobody was lifting the phone although the call was transferred to No. 9 by auto response system.
Hence, I request you pl let me know the reasons of such billing so that my fault can be corrected or otherwise immediately arange reversal of deducted amount.
