Poor quality signal during 1st time d2h installation 2nd time charge taken

I have reinstalled my Videocon d2h service on July-2012.But my T.V shows technical error message when whether were low cloudy or high cloudy. But one day my neighbor told me his dish did not shows this message when whether is low cloudy. By hearing this I register new complaint on date 19-Aug 2012.Service engineer came again and tell me your antena direction was wrong. I changed your antena direction to correct direction.
It was company fault and company can not take charge during this visit. But company deducted 125/- Rs. for this visit. I want back my money as soon as possible.
