I purchased a TATA DOCOMO PHOTON PLUS on 4th August 2012. I was promised an internet speed of 3.1 mbps, but on using the internet dongle I recieve only 3kbps i.e 0.05 percent of what i am actually supposed to get. Even after repeated complaints it has still not been resolved. …..
