In mid-2011, I signed up for termite treatment with ISS HiCare in Chennai. While they provided me with a 1 year warranty against termites, the contract included quarterly preventive maintenance visits that were never done. On two occassion over the past year I have complained about reccurence of termites and on each occassion they promised me that the menace had been eradicated. I am now shocked to notice that not even 4 months since their last treatment the problem continues to exist and they are now telling me that it is no longer under warranty. Very poor quality of service. Never use them. I am also taking them to court and publisizing their poor service in the press.
