I have purchased Rodeo scooter about one an half year ago. In the initial stage, the scooter gave a very good performance. But its average is very low compared to other scooters like Access & Activa which was not disclosed at the time of purchase. During last one month, we faced a lot of problem as far as scooter is concerned. The headlight of the scooter stopped working and we went to “Chandan Agency” situated in Sector 21 at Gandhinagar(Gujarat) and the concerned party replaced with a new bulb and charged Rs.120/- & that bulb also stopped working the next day. I once again visited “Chandan Agency” and they gave the false reason of some leakage and replaced the bulb but once again during the same day the bulb stopped working and after a week I went to “Chandan Agency” and they once again examined the scooter and replaced the bulb and charged Rs.120/- again. That exposed the inefficiency of the workers of the same.
Now after overcoming this problem scooter is facing another problem and has turned inefficient enough to get started.Due to this we had to drag the Rodeo for about 10km and we telephoned the agency and 2 workers came to my place and cited the reason related to carborator and took away that scooter to their place for service and two days after the service it once again stopped working and then we had to drag the scooter for another 6km. Now repeating the story we again went to the same agency and this time they cited the reason related to valve . To our surprise, they have also torn the pages of service recording book so that they can charge more. Then they took up a quarrel with us and accused us of tearing the pages. I’m 73 year old person and can’t afford to bear the damage again and again. They were demanding Rs.1500/- for replacing the valve saying that I have lapsed the service but finally the matter solved charging us labour fees only. Now after a week the scooter is again in the same condition and stopped working.
So I urge you to take some stringent action against the service provider and either to compensate the damages or refund the money of the same.
