cancelation of registration for admission test

Sir At the reception counter my registration was done for admission test on 1st july 2012 , for this they charged 200 Rs. I didn’t appear in test on 1st july 2012, and I want to cancel my registration and get my refund money..they are not cancelling my registration ,everytime they are telling me to visit the Institute next day… I think I have been harrashed by them
