The broadband plan we have from our ISP ( Internet Service Provider) Triple play is 4mbps-25GB downnload , 1mbps after the 25 gb upload/download is exhausted.
We have been recieving 1/2 or less than promised speed by our ISP ( Internet Service Provider) once the 25 GB limit of upload/download is exhausted.Inspite of repeated assertions , they have not been able to provide the speed they promised or what they charge for .They take the cash in advance which means we cannot reclaim the service loss in terms of money for that period.
We would like to file a complaint for the same
