I have booked three tickets through web booking form Visakhapatnam to Bengaluru for 3rd May, 2012. But during enquiry in the month of April 2012, I found that the M/s Kingfisher stopped operation from Visakhapatnam. I did not get any communication regarding such cancelation of flight from M/s Kingfisher Airlines. Then I contact to customer care and register my refund request on 8th April, 2012. My cancelation reference numbers are (0900470460603, 0900470460604, and 0900470460605). I have also sent seven reminders to several mail ID’s of Kingfisher Airlines provided by the customer care, but once I have got reply from [email protected], that they will forward my concern/ request to the concern department for the same. Till date I did not get my amount back neither got any communication for the airline. My tickets numbers are 0902471400345, 0902471400346 & 0902471400347 and the PNR number is EBAMYV. The total cost of three tickets is Rs.8600.
