Respected Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that the internet service provided by BSNL is very poor & unsatisfactory.
Maximum of the time we get the error saying ADSL link is down.
We had complained to customer care but the response is very poor & the lead time for this is very high.
The service team which had come home for rectification seem to lake technical knowledge, they are not able to resolve the problem inspite of repeated complaints.
Some of the technical person told that the modem might be not orking proper & we changed the modem, but that was not the problem.The internet is UP for some 10 to 15 mins & then it goes down & this cycle is continued.

This poor service from BSNL leads to great disappointment to customers like me.
I request you to take the necessary actions at the earliest & work out best solution for the same.
