I took the internet connection on 12/01/2013 As per the company terms i should get 1 Mbps speed but every month after 10th of that month im getting 512Kbp speed and they are telling that i exceeded my download limit.. but i haven’t even downloaded 1 GB and their customer service is worst they dont even care if u complaint about your internet connection problem and we have to call so many times to resolve our problem.. so please help me to out of this problem..
