Hi,
I have videocon d2h connection (Customer ID: 75923335) and am facing issues with the connection (Error: No Signal) for over a week now.
Initially, I lodged a complaint with their customer services vide no: 153298666. No engineer/representative called or responded to that request. On top of it, they closed the case saying it has been ‘Resolved’. Upon confronting them they raised another complaint and promised that our request will be catered within 24 hours. Its been 7 days since then and nothing happened.
I have tried calling them several times and every time I get the same response but no resolution.
Please help here!
