I purchased a fancy pen drive from Rediff .com on two weeks back. I received the product in damaged condition. The day i received the product , I sent an email out to customer service with the photos & advised them of the product defect. I did not recieve a reply until I threatened them going online & provding bad reviews on the rediff .com’s customer service. I received only 1 email & that too on 13th July from rediff to advise to send the defect piece back to rediff. I immediately couriered the paCKage as per their instructions & provided the connote no… There was no response from them at all!!Its been more than 2 weeks & I still DO NOT have pen drive replacement sent back to thought they received the product last week itself…Its absolutely poor attitude towards customer service & Request everyone else NOT TO BUY FROM REDIFF.COM EVER!!!!THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE AFTER SALES SERVICE..THEY ARE ONLY QUICK IN RECEIVING THE MONEY FROM THE CONSUMERS.
