My name is Sarthak Malik and I am using a
vodafone data card model no. k3772 ph no.
8375950024. I had filed a complaint because
I was not getting 3G speed promised to me
from 21/5/2013. Because I was busy I was
not able to call them about it. I called them
on 27/05/2013 and they troubleshooted my
settings. Everything was fine with the settings
and I was getting a 2G signal. They asked me
to wait till 3/06/2013. I did not get any call
from them. So I called them myself. They said
that my phone was not reachable. I sent them
around 30 emails about my refund for the
recharge of Rs.955 which promised me
unlimited usage with 3G speed till 6Gb. I
followed them up several times thrpugh
emails and tweets but no reply. They gave me
a request no 465537568 and told me that you
will be responded in 72 hours on my alternate
contact no. 9999499532. I followed them up
after 72 hours and they asked for another 48
hours. And the deasline is again over. I dont
think that they are working for my complaint
because its been a month. So I am asking
from them the money for my data card and
my Rs.955 after all this. And now they dont
even care to reply. Hope I get help on this as
soon as posdible. Because they are mentally harassing me.
