Dear Sir,
I have purchased one mobile online from Tradus.com (Transaction Order no. 9235019) thru my Citibank Debit a/c no. 5796715229 on 28th May 2013. But subsequently I have cancelled the order,and Tradus.com has sent me a mail of refund process on 01st June of rs. 4639.00. But Sir I have not received the money till date.
Now I talk to Tradus people they are giving me some ARN (Actual Reference Number)75134833153313082784163 of transferring the money to my Citibank A/c no. 5796715229 on 01st June 2013.
I have contact citibank regarding this, but they are denying on being receiving the amount. Then I have contacted RBI for the same. RBI is saying the same thing that no transaction has been done for this ARN no. Sir, I have attached below the mail received from RBI.
I request you to look into this matter urgently. And asked Tradus.com(an online shopping website) to return my money at the earliest. Tradus is cheating me by giving false statements.

This means that no transaction has been settled to your bank.
