   The cable service provider Shri Shiridi Sai cable networks is taking every month rent and not providing good cable service in lingampally hyderabad.

   when asked to resolve the issue regarding the poor cable tv service, they are not responding. They come only to collect money every month but does not provide good quality cable service to the customers. Out of 100 flats in the apartment not even a single customer who uses their tv service receives proper cable tv service. The service provided by the Cable operator in our area is very very poor despite numerous complaints. Not even a single channel comes clear.
   They took advance of Rs 300 at the time of installation and when asked to disconnect the service and adjust the payment, they are denying that the advance is non refundable and also they are not improving the service despite numerous complaints.
