I am purchasing flat in Dhankawadi at cost of 1900000, I paid 3 Lakhs to owner & also now I have received zerox of cheque payment of Rs. 1600000 which will be paid by Bank to Owner as per Home loan procedure, but now owner have received a customer of 2300000 lakhs & he is now refusing to sell that flat to me. could you please advise what I can do in this case, as I have only Token money entry as well as cheque zerox copy & all owner’s docs zerox has been submitted to Bank for Home Loan
