very poor cable service

Sir I am from Ledo dist-tinsukia- Assam our cable service is very poor the signals of the channels are disconnected with out any information and this type of cuts maybe 1 hour or maybe more than a hour if we call their office they talk very un convinint way they don’t pay any attention of our problems sir their service is very poor sir please took some nesasary action for this individual profit making companies.
