Dear Sir,
Last year on January 2014, I got broadband connection from Relicance Communication company but due to very poor service, I got the connection disconnected in April 2014 but I have not got my security deposit amount.
I have mailed to the company but there are no response. My Subscriber ID/s is 369043748241.
It is now almost 10 month completed and I do not understand how I will get my security deposit back.
Please help!!
