Policy bond not provided & customer harasment

Dear sir,

This is for you kind information that I am being continuously harassed by Bajaj Life insurance company. On 25/03/2014 I purchased bajaj allianz Life policy from Bhubaneswar Branch. My Policy Proposal No- 0313520608. Sad to say that I didn’t get any confirmation call from Bajaj Allianz Head office. I have also called to 03366049400 & 18002337272 regarding my policy, but no body received my call & no response. Even if I also didnt receive any message regarding the policy.My policy premium amount is 30000 rs/year. Already amount has been deposited & I have submitted all my documents with signature. 3 months already passed,but still now I have not received the Bond of the policy.

Already I had written mail to “[email protected]” , “[email protected]”, “[email protected]” & “[email protected]”.
No action has not been taken by Bajaj Allianz to resolve this problem.The company is simply harassing & cheating the customers.

I request you to have a kind consideration & take proper action against the above fact & get me my policy bond as well as provide good service to customers .
