FAILURE IN COMMITMENT AND HARRASMENT

I HAD A CELLPHONE MICROMAX CANVAS TURBO A250 AND I HAVE SUBMITTED THE SAME TO THE AFORESAID SERVICE CENTRE WITH THE BROKEN CASE FOR CHANGING THE PART AND THEREBY REPAIRING THE PHONE ON 06.06.14
THEY COMMITTED THE DELIVERY WITHIN 6 DAYS, BUT FAILED. THEY CALLED ME SEVERAL TIMES FOR DELIVERY AFTER EVERY 2-3 DAYS BUT EVERY TIME WHEN I REACH THERE FOR DELIVERY , I HAD TO RETURN EMPTY HANDED WITH SORRY ANSWER. FINALLY AFTER A MONTH ON 10.07.14 I RECEIVED THE PHONE BUT THAT WAS EVEN WITH COMPLETE NEGLIGENCE AS THE OTHER PARTS OF THE PHONE WAS STILL NOT WORKING. AS ASKED BY THEM I HAD TO PRE-PAY Rs. 7000/- VIDE JOBSHEET NO. 0614-10076083 AND INVOICE NO. 428, BUT ALL MY MONEY WENT IN VAIN ALSO I HAD TO FACE IMMENSE HARASSMENT AND LOSS OF TIME AND WORK. I HAVE SUBMITTED THE PHONE AGAIN TO THE SAID SERVICE CENTRE AND HAD TAKEN THE FACTS OF THE ENTIRE CASE IN A WRITTEN FORM ON COMPANY LETTER-HEAD.
I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE THE NEEDFUL ACTION AT EARLIEST.
