Please help to resolve the issue and please look rediff should sell such type of product without verifying the geniunity.

Orderd through rediff shopping htc g1 which received by me in non working condition. Support team no.9023188388 /9833163589 and mails not reachable for more then 12 days. Even rediff shooping is the culprit for dealing the product through their portal. Request to help to get back my money.
