bill over charged

i feel very sorry for your services/feedback. this is 4th time i am writing regarding my bill issue but i havent received any feedback by call or mail.i have sent a mail on [email protected] on 7 july, 2012 time 19.39
then on 15 july 2012 time 17.38 and again on 18th july 2012 time 14.24. i have not yet received any feedback from your side.
on 1st june, 2012 i had activated BIS time 8.42am after the service got activated i started getting charged from 9.37am to 12.34 pm a sum arround Rs.700. this charges are very wrong.
if i dont get any feedback now then i have to take a legal action regarding this.
i have also filed a complaint to consumers redressal.
i had been charged last month also that also was not waived off.
