Please advice.

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: Info Solution S/W Pvt. Ltd.

This company has taken an amount of Rs. 2750 for registration and have given an e-book in a pdf file to type it on microsoft word according to some guidelines mentioned by them. The work was given a time limit of 15 days and in return a payment of Rs. 15000 was to be made. All this was written on a stamp paper of Rs. 10. The work submitted would be then be checked for accuracy on the basis of which an accuracy report is made in which if the accuracy is below 90% then no money will be given and for any other query in typing a helpline number was given from which I have got assistance multiple times but which was not appropriate. When I submitted the work according to their guidelines and helpline assistance then they have generated an accuracy report which shows that all work is wrong and accuracy is below 90% so no payment is given. When I contacted the company for this they said that you send a mail back to the sender of the accuracy report and they will consider it or not its in their hands.
These people are giving books of foreign author for getting them type in word document.
Kindly guide me how to get my 2750 Rs. back alongwith the appropriate amount of money which I deserve.
