here”s what is it about the company vodafone, i had submitted my dl at vodafone store in jalahalli cross earlier my number 9986372687 was in my friends name but i wanted my number to be in my name,two months ago i had submitted my id proof when i called the customer care i came to know that they have not updated it yet&its still in my friends name,again 2weeks ago i went to the vodafone store in the same place,filled the form & re-submitted my id proof&they said that my number will be updated within 48hrs in my name but still its my friends name,this is pure negligence from the company’s end,but vodafone is asserting that so far as my number is functioning properly,its nots necessary to update it my name &thats y they are not taking any initiative to update my name &id proof,this shows how lazy they are,what i personally feel is,once the id proof has been submitted from my end,it should be necessarily updated quickly as possible even though my mobile number is funtioning uninterruptedly.im certain that im gonna take necessary actions for their negligence&irresponsibility,this is absolutely ridiculous,im very much grieved about this,its disgusting,im very very annoyed,vodafone company has to compensate me for all this inconveinience,if any one can pls pls help me pls get back to me asap,im wating for some response.
