I Purchased a Plantronics Voyager Legend 5200 Bluetooth for Rs 6500 on 23-01-2017, but on 05-01-2018, I started facing the battery problem and some problem voice problems, as the service centre is in Nehru place and is far away from my house in pitampura so I visited the service centre on 12-01-2018, Rashi Peripherals Pvt. They told me that we will courier you the new replacement of my bluetooth on Monday as they don’t have in stock rtnow and submitted the product with them, On Tuesday I got the call from the service centre that we will not be able to send you the replacement as there is a physical damage in the product (according to them the wear and tear of rubber parts because of using is also a physical damage) but I know that they are making excuses so as to avoid replacement. On that part I told them that repair it if you can’t replace it I don’t have any problem with that also because my product is still under warranty so why should I keep a faulty product but they denied that as well. I purchased it even though I know that it is expensive but just because I thought that I will get service from the company but here also same problem exist they are making some or the other excuse Sorry to say but I have never expected such an irresponsible behaviour from the company
I will have to take other legal action though court if I will not get any help from the company because I am a customer and if I trust the company product buy it and then it my right to get help from the company. Hoping for suitable reply.
For example if I purchase a phone and there is a physical damage in any plastic parts and I face a problem with the camera so company will say that we can’t give you warranty on that as there is a physical damage In the phone but Plantronics is making this excuse as they know that they have to replace the product otherwise.
