phone is not working

I have purchased a moto g mobile phone through flipcart order ID; OD40731098981 Dated; 31.07.2014 ,invoice date; 01.08.2014. product- Moto G (Black with16 GB) IMEI no 353305062075490 & 353305062080490 cost- Rs 11999.00 but my phone is switched of during charging automatically on 07.10.14. I complained flipcart tollfree no but he said that after one month of purchase Motorola service centre will solve the problem, but Motorola service centre at patna has refused to repaire on date 09.10.14. he said that some water is follen on mobile phone so warrenty has expired. but my phone has never contacted with water or moisture & never follen, I contacted Motorola tollfree no 18001022344 ref no is 141009-021139 dated 09.10,14 but he has not solved the problem
