Phone replacement

Hi
i bought a q450 on dated 30sep 2015 and back side of phone is damaged , I called micromax dept and they told me that u have to pay 700 amount and your headset will be replaced in 7 days but it almost 25 days passed away but nobody give any resolution till yet ,
