I had purchased a mobile AUXUS NOTE 5.5 worth Rs 13990 through ebay.After purchasing the set on october 2014 I could found a lot of probs with the set. Ebay didn’t took any responsibility , rather directed me to the company.
Nearly each and every month I had to file up a ticket against the problems. later on I got accustomed with such problems and nearly accepted it.
The main prob arrised after 4months with the battery.The charge didn’t even lasted for 15 minutes when the net is on.After complaining the company denied and refused to exchange the battery as it was not a fault according to them.Just after 6month the battery got damaged totally by swelling on the middle.This time the company accepted it but denied to replace it as warrenty period (6mnth)was over.
I didn’t had any other options except to order for a new battery. This time also the company couldn’t afford me the battery as it was completely out of stock. 2 and 1/2months has already passed with the mobile remain unused
Sir, today I have lost my patience completely as within October 2015 the warrenty will be over.
I shall be grateful to you if you please take immediate actions against such fraudulence and help me to retain my money back
