Not Refund Amount after Cancellation Cards

Dear sir/Madam

I have purchase 2 Cards of Davis value cards Amount is (30000/-rs.) for last 1 Feb .15
But company not provided me any card after 15 day so i have cancel this order and contact him this customer care number and closed this plan and requested please closed my plan we have provide me my complaint no (1063) and forwarded to me one latter for cancellation plans and company terms and condition lase them amount cut of 20% for my amount value
And refund my amount and My membership no. # 6201502088570230 and 6201502068570231 for after 45 days but ago 75 days. already crossed and i have regular touch for Davis club customer care for 15 days but still we have same ans. to me your cheq. is prepared of bank .
So i have requested to u kindly help me..
