Phone & Internet not working for no. 033-30533006

My Phone 033-30533006& internet ID 314767038715 is not working since 14-7-2014 .
I had given several telephonic complaints & mails but to no avail.

This has caused me a lot of harassment & loss of more than a lac of rupees as my work has got hampered a lot.
