Dear Sir/Madam,
I have Axis bank Credit card. I am regularly making the payment via cheque. Every time the cheque is cleared after due days. i.e. when I put the cheque 4 days before due date the bank is clearing my cheque after due date and taking 12 days for clearing the cheque.
I am giving them axis bank cheque still it is getting clear after 12 days and they are charging me 400.00 fine.
So I stop using this credit card and did not make the payment of fine because I have put the cheque always on time but because of there problem i stopped now using this card.
Now on this late payment they have fine me every month and now they are asking me clear 7000 rupees which i refuse. So they are now threaten me to lock my salary account.
Request you to look into this matter.
