My htc 816g broke its screen due to heating or whatever , the company personel took the phone at service centre and handed me a bill of 4100 approx. Despite my several reminders its been around 2 months my phone is with them and they are not returning it as they say part is not available with them. No standby phone has been provided.. please help me to get my phone back..
