Phone dead from one week

Location/place: Bawal, Rewari, Haryana

Dear Sir,
we have five land line connection and all are dead from last week.
I called to service man several time but no one attend to solve this problem.
This is my compeny number and it’s most importent for commnucation. this not first time, this is happend every month.
please do the needfull.
