Not provided the complete information and after taking the loan EMI was charged with some taxes

Hello,

I took a loan of amount Rs. 97500/- from HDFC bank cash on call offer on my credit card.
I got the call from HDFC bank representative for “cash on call” offer on my credit card stating that it would charged you an exact EMI of Rs. 3233/- per month for next three year with no hidden amount levied on EMI after my confirmation on that they credited the amount in my bank account they did not gave me the schedule for the three year EMI but it got reflected in the Loan summary on internet banking, but when they send the monthly statement of the same, they added some taxes on that and when I enquired about the same they told me it is understood. Also when I asked them I don’t want the loan if you are charging some extra amount per month then they said you will have to pay 3% preclosure penalty on that.
Can you please help me in that regard.
HDFC bank representatives have also done this before with my friends TV EMI they took the processing fee after purchasing the same. There representatives and managers blame you only afterwards.
