on 17/11/2014 my vodafone connection vide ph. no. 9874862625 been disconnected suddenly without any prior intimation. I had contacted local vodafone store at South City Mall and they told me that your connection been closed and issued as a prepaid no. to someone else. And they asked me to contact their BBD Bag Branch. At BBD Bag they told me they will arrange to reactivate the connection and asked me to fill new connection form. I also told them I had not paid the last bill, but they told me you need not to pay any bill because all are settled for converting the connection into Prepaid. I told them my connection is a Corporate connection and some offers are there with my connection. They gave me a connection with new plan Super Talk 199 and told me to furnish the last bill so that they can reactivate all offers and VAS. But with new connection when I asked their customercare they told me they can only start the Corporate Connection and VAS. As my connection is new and it is not connected to previous customer ID so no offers will be applicable. After that I send mail to their Corporate Customer Care but they only reactivated the Corporate plan and VAS. No offers activated till date on my new connection. I am checking my bills every month on my Selfcare application, no pending bill is showing on that no. but still Vodafone asking for pending bill for the month NOV, 2014. What should I do so that I can get my offer.
