This has ref. to my Complaint # 210415001000642 (filed on 18th Aug.) & 201415001000259 (filed about a month ago) filed with the RBI – Banking Ombudsman with a prior written complaint to SBI (pls ref. to the Ticket No. below)on the issue expressing my deep concern over the “Personal Information Leaked to an Unknown Person” – I seek your intervention in this case as there is no conclusion being arrived after my discussion with the bank, to my understanding the bank seems to settle by expressing verbal regrets to this – which in my opinion is not a correct way to address.
I would appreciate if your kind office can take up the issue as per the laid down “Code of Conduct” as institutionalized by the Bank, I would await for your revert on the same ASAP.
