bottle of 200ml THUMBS UP, which is a product of your esteem company. This incident is a clear act of violation of all quality standards of drink products and an act of huge carelessness and negligent from your production end, which is amounting to threat of infection, contamination, and even to life, and is punishable by law.
Any act of this nature was surely not expected from such a big multinational company like you,
which holds a name and brand value for its product.
