Having worse experience with dtdc courier service.
The courier has not been delivered until now, today being the 9th day from the date the order is being submitted.
Although the website display that the parcel arrived to Bangalore main branch on 18th April.
The parcel has been dispatched for delivery since last 3 days but it has not reached the destination address.
There is no sign of any call being made by the delivery person.
I would ask each of my friends not to trust dtdc anymore specifically if you are sending something very important and urgent.
