Fraud recruitment firm “employementindia”

I am an engineer working in R&D. I have posted my resume on many reputed job sites as well as professional networks to enable prospective employers can contact me.

I was contacted by Ms. Saumya of employementindia as a representative having shortlisted my resume for L&D and Godrej. I was told to come online and pay some amount for processing fee for scheduling interview. I did the same as I was in search of jobs in mumbai urgently.

This happened on 27th or 28th of March 2015

I received an invoice on 3rd April 2015 with following details after a long followup over the week.

The terms and conditions mentioned on the invoice are as follows

TERM AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYEMENT INDIA
1. Employement India does not take guarantee for interview with the purchase of any of our product
2. the services once taken is non-refundable however if you do not get service within 30 days of registration in that case you can claim for the refund.
3. The services provided by us applicable only for one year

After this there were some random mails of converting my resume in very badly formatted text document and some weird job offers of technician and non matching categories.

when I tried calling them they did not respond. and when by calling from some other mobile no they respond they gave excuse that the systems are down so please be patient.

    I too received a call on 27th April from 8010936197 stating that they submitted my resume to HDFC and YES banks and they are ready to offer DGM post by impressing the resume and asked to remit Rs 4000/- to an account in SYNDICATE BANK, FARIDABAD in the name of VK ELECTRONICS. This amount is towards their fee for refining the resume and for arranging a telephonic interview with HR department of HDFC. Immediately after crediting the amount again called and Rs 8100/- is to be credited in the same account for getting DOCUMENTATION verification code. It was said that the code is to be entered on Documents to be up loaded. I got doubt and asked for mail confirmation for the amount paid. They denied for sending the receipt. Called on next day for remitting the amount, I denied payment of any fee and informed that I will look into it only after receiving the mail confirmation only. I received the mail confirmation on 1st May. Mean while I enquired about recruitment procedure in HDFC Bank. They informed that they were not hired any agency. On searchin in the net I found your complaint. Thanks for spreading the fraud.

    hi,
    I have got a call on 15-4-2015 from 8010936197 and they told that my resume is short listed for brand operations at Amazon.in & for pantaloons and they asked me to pay
    Rs.4000.00 and after that again they asked me to pay immediately Rs.6100.00 and
    i refuse to pay full payment and then i paid 1500.00 only on 17-4-2015 and again they called me back on 5-5-2015 to pay the balance amount of 4600.00 and i have paid.

    today 18-5-2015 again they called we need to make confirmation of your documents
    for that you need to pay Rs.9480.00, i completely refused to pay, that i am not getting any calls for interview and nothing service is given.. totally i lost Rs.10,100.00 i do have that invoice copy which they have sent to me.if required
    to resolve my issue i can submit..

    Me too got a call today, but i was already cheated by another site almost same (similar) by name infolinejob.com.

    I lost 3000 rs in that site and hence i could recognize them immediately as fake.

    I blasted over the caller and threatened him to put behind the bars..

    don’t know how many more calls like this i have to take

We agree that yes we charge but we charge for resume writing and arranging job leads for you, we send your personalized email and SMS regarding job leads suitable for you.

    yes we charge to flash your resume to top hiring managers, but no one sees the other side…. we are not an NGO.. We are here for business and its common with every job portal and placement agency that they charge for such facilities.

    Employement india are the biggest fraud company. They guarantee you job, saying that they have internal link in MNCs ,IT and assure you jobs,
    After you pay them, they do respond saying we are working on it.
    After a few days they lie to you saying that we have done background verification and your profile is negative.. Asses don’t know we are working in reputed companies where background check has been done.
    I am waiting to screw their happiness soon. I have complained to a friend who is a DC( IAS). they will pay for their lies.

And he charges registration fees 10000 for system administrator post and 5000 for clerical executive post. After registration he will give job offer after 3 round of official test n interview.     the concerns posted here are absolutely true, if the reps from employmentindia were so concerned about the negativity then pick up your phone and call the ppl listed here and refund the amount they had paid to you.
    i myself had similar experience and nobody picks up the calls and neither replies to the emails sent.
    this is absolutely a fake company fooling around with people for earning their bread and butter.

    This is to Employment India. Please make sure that I get the job as promised by your employee Ms. Soumya. Sometimes she becomes a senior management person and sometimes a executive whenever she has called me. She transfers calls to Ms.Soniya then to Ms. Priyanka for each day whenever I have been approached by her over phone since 5 days back(her first call was on Mon, Dec 21 2015 , 17:52) . They asked me for INR2500 for registration and said that I will given direct interview offer from WIPRO and HCL.
    And again Ms. Soumya changing her voice calls me for an additional INR6100 stating that the companies mentioned are taking this amount and going to scrutinize my credentials and this particular amount will be returned to me with my first salary. And yes they have saying for the past 2 days that without this amount of INR6100 being paid to them I cannot proceed in their site. Moreover they are also assuring 110% surety for the job which I will get. Some Amit Sharma spoke to me today to convince me that I should pay the amount which I have denied. If this EmployementIndia .com organization is not fake , I challenge them to keep up to their words as they have conveyed to me during their phone conversations with me for the last 5 days. They have said that the Wipro HR will be calling me on Saturday 26-12-2015. I will be always on this forum everyday. If they don’t keep up to their words then definitely this is a fake company cheating job aspirants. I will be again posting on Monday. I dont expect my money back but definitely if this turns out to be cheat company then I request the net laws to take severe action.

    When Employement India agrees that they charge for resume writing and arranging job leads why don’t they say the same thing when they call the innocent people.
    I got a call from Employement India regarding a job in HCL/Wipro and to avail the first round telephonic interview I was supposed to do registration with Rs. 2500/- in their website www. employementindia.com, and I did that unfortunately.Later on they conveyed me a ref code which will be used by my recruiter ( HCL/Wipro) at the time of telephonic interview. Again after few minutes I got a call from 9599596946 and I was told to give another Rs. 6100/+ Rs.5400/- for pre-employment documents verification purpose and the amount will be refunded by HCL/Wipro with the first month salary once I get selected . But, that time i felt a bit apprehensive to do so and I asked them to provide all these details (process, purpose, invoice etc) in my mail . When i did not receive the invoice, i started complaining on this forum. After few days, I received the invoice, ill formatted resume by collecting my details on the job portals, few non relevant job alerts.
    If you are doing a business then why don’t you convince people by saying you are charging for these services and not cheating the job seekers by saying you will arrange 2 rounds of interview.
    Stop your illegal business………………………

    I got call 5 days ago from employement india and they are told me you are shortlisted for IBM Reputed company. And they are forced me promptly pay RS.2500.00 for registration. I have paid, bcoz I am jobless. After registration they again forced me to pay RS.6100.00. And then I felt kind of frauds.

    I requesting to all my friends beware of this type frauds placement.

    Surprisingly, no web-site of VK Electronics and V K Info Solutions!
    I have written to RoC and Haryana Police. Don’t forget to record your communications with Employement India/ Employment India.

    Please do report to RoC Delhi to initiate inquiry.
    Digital India shouldn’t mean digital fraud!!

    Iam also cheated with Employment India , I got call from the number +91 99599596950 saying we are calling from Employment india you pay 2,500 we will provide reference no and it will valid until 5 yrs I paid ,ref.710058@hr .
    after then I got call from another number 9599592943 saying send your CV and pay 7,500 Rupees I did. again I got call saying your CV is selected for HCL Technologies , for verification code you need to pay 6,000 ,44771.vri , Total amount I paid was 16,000 Rupees , Now they are not even single mobile number was working , I am sending mails to [email protected] ,[email protected] ,they are not replying I paid amount 1st march 2016 and got I novice on 3rd march 2016.

    I had also received called from careerraceindia from +919205183860. they told to register and deposit Rs 2500/- and only after that they will provide with the details of the jobs offered. They made me to make payment through someone else account in PayUmoney.
    I had doubt in that instance only and i asked several questions and they gave hundred of answers in justification of the payment. Ultimate I was not convinced and told if they provide me with their account details then I will make payment through NEFT.

    When I made those payment I was in very miserable condition and arranged those money from here and there.These people need to be punished and need harsh actioned to be taken against them. Group of people who called me are

    and lots more people with lots of numbers.All the numbers were not connected after that. These people dont only play with money they also play with others situation and emotions.I also have few recordings of their conversations and false promises.
