Pending Decease Account Claim

Dear Sir,

My father was an ex-employee of State Bank of India Bhavnagar.He expired on 6/1/2016.

I am Utkarsh Desai is only legal heir.

I have submitted claim on 19-2-2016 at
1) Darbargadh Branch 2) Nilambaug Branch 3) Krishnanagar Branch of Bhavnagar, with all laid down documents required by the bank.

Till today ( 4-4-2016) claim not been settled.

Kindly help me & oblidge.
