I Purchased a Personal car Hyundai Creta from Novelty Hyundai ON 5th feb 2018 and clear my down payment procedures on 4th feb 2018. They provide me Temporary RC on same date. But They did’t Apply my Permeant RC in DTO office within 3 days. Now they took Penalty Fees to customer 780 rs. They are such a fraud Dealer of Hyundai. Please help me to resolve this issue.
