Company cheats

Product Price: Rs 13500/-
First Servicing Request Date: 30/01/2018 (dd/mm/yyyy)
Cause of first servicing Request:
• Broken LCD and back Cover
• Not Charging
Bill Paid for Replacement of LCD and Back Cover: Rs 7000/-
Note: The delivery was promised within 7 working date but not fulfilled. Actual delivery date was after about 15 days.
Second Servicing Request Date: 07/03/2018 (dd/mm/yyyy)
Product Delivery Status: Till date not delivered.
Cause of Second Servicing Request:
• Defective LCD installed by the company (for which company promised me to replace the same unconditionally)
• Un-responsive LCD after one month of first servicing delivery date.
This time as well company promised to deliver the product within 7 working days. But, after multiple follow-ups they were unable to deliver. Reason being said by them is non-collection of shipment of LCD from Delhi. Now, after one and half months of servicing request, company is asking me to submit cashback request. For that reason, company requested me to provide account detail along with below requisites,
• Passbook or cancelled cheque
• All related accessories like Headphone, mobile charger etc has to be returned by me.
• Invoice of purchase.
I produced all except headphone. Company representative found the charging cable was damaged. I’ve been asked to pay for lost headphone and the damaged charging cable.
Complaints
1) Irresponsible behavior from the company.
2) Company wants to generate cashback for original phone price i.e. Rs 13500/-, but not the LCD and back cover replacement cost i.e. 7000/-. If company can recover the cost for lost headphone and damaged charging cable from me, with the same logic company is supposed to pay back the cost for defective LCD and Back Cover.
3) The mental sufferings I went through is immense and the time I’ve lost behind follow-ups is irrecoverable.
