PAYTM recharge not done, but money deducted and no refund

Hi,
I did PAYTM recharge of Rs. 150 on March 11, Order no : [ ORDER NO. 79300913011 Mar ’15 8:42 pm ].
It is showing message as “YOUR ORDER IS SUCCESSFUL”, But the recharge is not done. Also the money got deducted from my account.
When I wrote complaint, then PAYTM sent automated reply as money will be back in 48 hrs. But nothing happened. After writing almost 4 times in a month, they just sent automated reply to complaint and no action is taken as well as money is not returned back.
Can you do something ?
