Payment/Service problem by Yebhi

Dear Sir, I booked an online order with yebhi by order number – YBH2847898, for 3 exhaust fan on 18th-Dec-2012, but only 1 fan dispatched at home & company is not giving return payment also not providing product. after 4 month they provide 1 more fan on 15th march, but still 1 fan is pending, please help to provide the same. nobody is listing, i have mailed many times & call around 100times @ call center number.. PLease help
