Name of company/service: Madras Cargo Packers & Movers – Pune
While searching for packers and movers to move my house-hold from Pune to Bangalore, I came across with a name ?Madras Cargo? which has 4 stars on Just dial website. So, I decided to take their services. They were very supportive and professional at the starting of the deal and so as per there request I paid them full amount in one go. In next few days of loading some other person name Mr. Yadav came into the picture. He was very rood, unprofessional, immoral, and dishonorable. He loaded all my house hold to some other companies? truck to get it delivered to Bangalore. On 28th of March I came to know that the truck has reached to Bangalore, so I requested to get it delivered to my place on 30th March. On 30th everybody kept bluffing around that they will reach in 1 hour or so, at 5 o?clock I came to know that they can not come today ?with no reason?. However, the person promised me that they will reach tomorrow in the morning between 10-11 AM IST but they did not. I kept calling them and they kept bluffing around. At 3:30 PM I called the driver and I came to know that they have just started. At 6 pm they reached place. I have lost some of my items and my Almirah is totally damaged and no one is taking responsibility.
Mr. Yadav from Madras Cargo was claiming that I should have informed him, not his staff for this damage. I was telling him that his no. was unreachable but in any case I had informed your company’s staff for the damage on the same day, its there responsibility to convey it to you. He was not ready to listen to me. Anyways after that call I called his staff person (Govind) to confirm whether he had conveyed my massage to Mr. Yadav or not, he confirmed that YES he did but Mr. Yadav did not pay attention.
More over it Mr. Yadav was claiming that they have charged Rs.12,000 from me but on the contrary I have a receipt of Rs.13,000.
