i placed a order on 19th march 2012 and thet promised to deliver in 7 days but i did not received it in 1.5 months and thus i was suppose to cancel my order but it has been 4 months i have not received my money back.every time i call customer care,they promise to refund in few days but the fail to do so,plz do somehing i have some urgent need of money.

I ordered a mtv aviator sun glass on may 6th in seventymm .com and my order number is SMA0116996. I received the product on may 15th. I am not satisfied with the product because it doesnt suit me so i returned it the next day through professional courier (MAA504465558). I have been waiting around two months still i havent received my money, i have called several times and registered three complaints in their website. But still they havent returned my money. What should i do now, i want to take severe action on them. It should be lesson for others.
