dear sir/madam
i m from amritsar (punjab). I purchase a new karbonn android phone model A1 on dated 04-02-12 from M/s Ruby Watch Co. Hall Bazar Amritsar. After 10 days i got a problem in my mobile phone i.e. Touch & hanging my phone. I go to service centre with my bill. But says me that we change ur touch & update ur phone software.
this day on dated 22-07-12 i got many probs with my phone.
3 times in 6 months the phone gose to service centre but problem is still there.
Now this day phone is automatically switch off is my phone is fully charged
please solve my prob. I want a refund of Rs. 4800/- with interest.
